I realised that I had ordered the incorrect prescription and sent an email almost immediately. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon my request was acknowledged and that the correct specs arrived promptly.They also look like their pictures. Overall an excellent service and nice glasses. The glasses I ordered have arrived safely and are working well, I went out for dinner on Sat night and could read the menu very clearly with my Snazzy LED specs.
